I can't compare battery life to the OEM battery, but Dell 5590 predicts over 9 hours life.

My wife's battery in her. Laptop gave up. I ordered this one for a replacement. The replacement was very easy and she was up and running in no time. Being a retired firefighter from a large Aluminum manufacturer I am not a tech. I did it anyone can save money by doing it themselves.
